WE'RE HIRING: Cloud-Based Product Specialist

Weblook has been building software since 1997 and serves more than 1,000 brands. We're looking for a Product Specialist to work across our cloud (SaaS) product portfolio:

What you'll do

  • Learn our products in depth and present live demos to prospective clients
  • Understand client business needs and recommend the right product mix
  • Onboard new clients, handle configuration and train their staff
  • Collect client feedback and work with the development team on improvements
  • Prepare product documentation, presentations and proposals
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with product knowledge

What we're looking for

  • A degree or diploma in IT, Business, or a related field (undergraduates are welcome)
  • A strong interest in technology and SaaS / cloud software
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence presenting to clients, both online and in person
  • Experience with CRM, POS, hotel or booking systems is an advantage
