Since 1997, Weblook has helped 1000+ brands grow online. Today we build and sell 10 in-house software products, including Cartinno (e-commerce + POS), Saptivo (CRM), Voxinnova (cloud phone system), Veyogo (car dealer CRM), SaaSBeds (hotel platform) and Smardove (email marketing), serving clients in Sri Lanka and overseas.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take our products to more businesses locally and internationally.

What you'll do

  • Find and win new clients for our SaaS products and digital services
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to closing
  • Run product demos and presentations and prepare proposals
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Identify new markets, industries and partnership opportunities
  • Work with our product and marketing teams to shape offers and campaigns
  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets and report on progress

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in software, SaaS or IT services
  • A proven record of meeting or beating sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Sinhala
  • Comfortable explaining technology to non-technical business owners
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
