Weblook has been helping businesses go global since 1997, with 10 in-house software products and more than 1,000 brands served. Our portfolio includes Saptivo CRM, Cartinno POS & eCommerce, Voxinnova cloud phone systems, SaaSBeds and more. We're growing our client team and looking for people who enjoy building relationships and helping businesses find the right technology.

What you'll do

  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, from onboarding through long-term support
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right Weblook products and solutions
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads, and turn them into lasting partnerships
  • Work with our product and technical teams so clients get timely support
  • Keep client records and pipelines up to date in our CRM
  • Find opportunities for renewals, upgrades and cross-selling

What we're looking for

  • A degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, sales or account management (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Sinhala
  • Confidence talking about technology and a genuine interest in software products
  • Organised, target-driven and comfortable managing multiple clients
