Associate Product Owner / Business Analyst

Job Description

• Conduct market, competitor, user, and product research to identify opportunities, pain points, and improvement areas.
• Translate business and user needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and structured Jira tickets.
• Create, maintain, organize, and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Owner.
• Ensure requirements include relevant business rules, designs, validations, user states, dependencies, and expected behaviours.
• Coordinate assigned features through refinement, development, QA, UAT, release, and production.
• Work closely with Product Owner, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Technical Leads, and stakeholders to resolve questions, blockers, and dependencies.
• Keep Jira tickets and requirement documentation updated and ensure important decisions are properly documented.
• Validate completed features against approved requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate required corrections.
• Support release validation, review early user/product feedback, and identify follow-up improvements or backlog items.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams.
• Experience with SaaS, web applications, digital products, or subscription-based products
• Experience collaborating with Product, UX/UI, Development, and QA teams
