Associate Software Engineer

What You'll Do

Build and maintain features across our backend and frontend
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
Work within our SCRUM process sprint planning, standups, retros
Design and consume REST APIs
Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data modeling and queries
Collaborate with senior engineers, QA, and product to ship features end to end
Stay current with modern JS/TS tooling and pick up new technologies as our stack evolves

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years of professional or substantial project experience in software development
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field required

Required Skills:

Backend proficiency in at least one of: PHP/Laravel, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or .NET/C#
JavaScript, React, Next.js
Git and version control workflows
REST API design and integration
SQL MySQL or PostgreSQL
