WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

We're not hiring people to memorize syntax. We're hiring architects and editors: engineers who can turn a vague problem into a precise spec, direct AI to build it, and catch the moment it's confidently wrong.

• Ownership and autonomy — you'll shape architecture, not just close tickets

YOU'LL FIT, IF YOU ARE:

• Reason clearly about code , and can defend your choices without the AI
• Communicate with precision (great prompts start as great writing)
• Know when to trust AI output, and when not to
• Are strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java, comfortable across stacks and cloud
• Have hands-on exposure to any of: Angular, GraphQL, NestJS, Flutter, MongoDB, Kubernetes, GCP
• Bring curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to be coached
• Fresh graduates welcome, we hire for trainable judgment, not years on a résumé.
