REQUIREMENTS

⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
⁠1 to 2 years of experience in customer engagement, client servicing, account management, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
Social and outgoing. You are comfortable walking into an unfamiliar operation and building rapport quickly.
Confident presenting and training in front of a room, from drivers to management.
Strong communication in English and sinhala.
Solid experience in working with AI tools
Moderate experience in Excel: sorting, filtering, lookups, and cleaning messy data.
Organised and persistent. You follow up until things are closed, without being chased.
⁠Genuinely interested in learning how software and transport operations work. We will train you on the product.
