Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Business Analyst for a full-time role. This individual will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysing complex business data.
• ⁠⁠Identifying and addressing gaps in business performance.
• Conducting business process modeling.
• Recommending effective solutions to enhance business operations.
• Defining, creating, and monitoring business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• ⁠⁠Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
• ⁠⁠Develop and implement business process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• ⁠⁠Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• ⁠First Class Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Mathematics.
• At least 6 months of professional experience
• ⁠⁠Strong analytical skills and expertise in business analysis.
• ⁠⁠Effective communication skills for liaising with key stakeholders.
• Experience in business process modeling and a solid understanding of business domains.
• Proficiency in efficient requirements gathering and documentation.

• Ability to deliver effective results while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to develop efficient and reliable solutions for complex problems.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
