Intern - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from the stakeholders
  • Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support product development 
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements
  • Help create process flows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and documentation
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review sessions
  • Analyze data and feedback to suggest improvements
  • User acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that features meet business requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of software development (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, and Figma would be an added advantage
