Job Description

What you will do

• Executing rollout & implementation projects related to Cybersecurity.
• Conducting phishing campaigns on the selected customers &
  analyzing results.
• Contribute to the Security Awareness campaigns of the selected customers overseas.
• Investigate customer-reported incidents and fulfill service requests in Security Awareness domains.
• Preparing & maintaining internal services documents and knowledge articles related to projects/domains.
• Perform health checks and monitor real-time operational systems to identify issues proactively.

If you are

• A graduate in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related degree.
• Minimum 2 year experience in Application Support.
• Able to manage customer expectations under challenging circumstances.
• Good presentation skills & ability to drive meetings professionally.
• Dynamic & willing to take challenges to cater for the customer base with full potential.
• Having exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS is beneficial.
• Willing to work on a roster basis to cater different regions & timezones of the globe.
