Quality Engineering Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to join our team and lead quality engineering initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define test strategies, planning, execution, and reviews
• Lead and improve test automation frameworks
• Review and develop automation scripts
• Manage CI and test execution
• Communicate test status with stakeholders
• Mentor and lead Quality Engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5–6+ years of industry experience
• Strong experience with Selenium and test automation
• Knowledge of performance testing and engineering
• Strong Java, OOP, and coding skills
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and Git
• Experience testing APIs and service-oriented architectures using Rest-Assured or SoapUI
• Strong understanding of Agile Software Testing and SDLC
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• ISTQB, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is an added advantage
