Business Analyst Intern

Do you enjoy asking the right questions and turning complex problems into clear solutions? Project Cubit is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to help shape the construction software our users rely on every day. 

As a BA Intern, you’ll work with clients, developers and QA to gather requirements, write user stories, map processes, and turn real construction challenges into product features, with hands-on mentorship along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from clients and end users
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Prepare BRDS, SRS documents, and process flow diagrams
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Act as the bridge between clients, developers, and QA
• Analyse workflows and data to suggest product improvements

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the SDLC and Age (Scrum/ Kanban)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to create flowcharts, process maps or wireframes
• Familiarity with Sira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchartisa plus
• Basic Excel or SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, CS, SE. Business, or a related field
