Job Description

We’re looking for energetic and friendly individuals with good English communication skills to support BingChunSriLanka.com online customers & branches and handle DartCodes sales calls. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle BingChunSriLanka.com online customer inquiries related to orders, payments, deliveries & platform support
• Support Bing Chun branches with online platform-related inquiries and order coordination not physical branch sales inquiries
• Make DartCodes sales calls, introduce company services and follow up with potential customers
• Communicate with every customer in a friendly, respectful and professional manner

Requirements

• Good English speaking & communication skills
• Confident and comfortable handling customers through phone calls and online communication.
• Friendly, patient and professional personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Enthusiastic, responsible and willing to learn- previous call center experience is not required
