Associate System Engineer

Your Role

  • Support Linux & Windows servers, Azure VMs and infrastructure services.
  • Monitor systems, perform health checks and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Manage user access, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and server permissions.
  • Support networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls and connectivity.
  • Manage backups, restore tests, storage and basic disaster-recovery readiness.
  • Support web servers, databases, Docker services, deployments and production environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in system administration, infrastructure or IT operations is preferred.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration, networking and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, DNS, backups, monitoring, web servers, Docker or security operations is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn Cloud, DevOps, Automation and Cybersecurity.
