We are a UK-based technology company building a technology platform in the healthcare industry, operating through AI-driven collaboration and smart data connectivity.

We are looking for experienced full-stack (JavaScript and database) developers with 10+ years of hands-on experience who can write good, clean code.

The role offers the opportunity to work with a UK Company on AI, integration, and platform development, ideal for a top engineering or IT talent passionate about building scalable and intelligent digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
  • Build and support backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly applications across multiple platforms.
  • Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and strategic technology decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in project planning, technical documentation, and all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Research and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)
  • 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications across multiple platforms, including frontend, backend, and cloud-based systems.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level software architecture, system design, application integration, database modelling, and the delivery of complex software solutions following industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), API development, microservices architecture, authentication and security frameworks, version control, deployment processes, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience working within agile, remote, and distributed teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while contributing to technical strategy, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering productivity platforms to improve development efficiency and code quality.
