We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and proactive Full Stack Developer –Associate to become a member of our Engineering team.

This is more than a traditional development role. You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and management to build and enhance software products, solve technical challenges, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions for local and international customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular and C# .NET Core.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party system integrations.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Translate functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.
  • Prepare test cases and test scenarios for developed features.
  • Perform thorough developer testing, including functional, validation, negative, and regression testing.
  • Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
  • Write clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code following development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development and testing practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with QA, product, and other teams to deliver quality features on time.
  • Use AI-assisted development and testing tools effectively to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks from development through testing, bug fixing, and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduates or undergraduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification in Information Technology.
  • At least 6 months of internship experience in a related role.
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using the Angular and C#.NET Core tech stack, with a solid foundation in HTML/CSS principles and a proven ability to develop userfriendly web applications.
  • Proficient in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server databases to build robust backend systems.
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and GraphQL is an
    added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effectively addressing technical challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies, features, and updates.
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
  • Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships, foster cooperation, and provide support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Added Advantages

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
  • Understanding of OOP and software development principles.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with academic, personal, or open-source software projects.
