We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer  Trainee/Associate to become a member of our Quality Assurance team.

This is more than a traditional testing role. You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and management to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products, identify and resolve issues, perform various types of testing, and contribute to building high quality solutions for local and international customers

Your Responsibilities

Manual & Functional Testing

• Design, document, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing across releases
• Test end-to-end business processes across enterprise applications
• Participate in requirement clarification and product discussions

API, Database & Integration Testing

• Perform API testing for application services and integrations
• Validate data and application behaviour using SQL queries
• Test integrations between different modules and external systems
• Verify data accuracy, business rules, and system workflows
• Support testing across web, mobile, and integrated application

Automation & Quality

• Create and maintain automated test scripts using suitable testing frameworks
• Identify suitable test scenarios for automation
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage
• Work closely with developers to identify issues early in the development lifecycle
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve testing, documentation, analysis, and productivity
• Contribute to improving overall product quality and release readiness

What We’re Looking For

• Degree, diploma, or undergraduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Good understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
• Knowledge of manual and functional testing
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and SQL
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Added Advantages

• Knowledge or experience in test automation tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, accounting, or other enterprise software
• Understanding of Agile software development and QA processes
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar development platforms
• Experience using AI tools for software testing or development
• ISTQB or similar software testing certification
