Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We're hiring an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer. You'll test real software, hunt down bugs before our clients do, and work with developers and analysts to get them fixed properly.

Curious mind, sharp eye, strong instinct for "what happens if I click this?" Degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science.

Your Role

• Perform manual testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and software
  defects.
• Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements.
• Conduct regression, functional, and system testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with test case preparation, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
