We’re Hiring | Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer / Functional Consultant

• Position: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer
• Location: Remote / Hybrid (Sri Lanka)
• Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time with the possibility of full-time extension

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Develop and enhance custom modules using X++.
• Build and integrate business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Follow development best practices and documentation procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Hands-on development experience with X++.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, extensions, and customization.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data management.
• Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with international clients is preferred.
