Key Responsibilites

  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot computer software, internet, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage company social media accounts by posting and scheduling approved content, monitoring comments and messages, and coordinating with relevant teams when required.
  • Assist with user accounts, emails, passwords, software installation, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain IT asset records, social media account details, content libraries, and posting records.
  • Assist with basic website and online content updates while following account security procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Good English proficiency with strong communication and basic writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, printers, networking, and office software.
  • Familiarity with Meta Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • IT/ Digital Marketing qualification, Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent practical knowledge is an advantage.
