Senior Tech Lead – DevOps

Job Description

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps / IT / Networking / Telecommunications
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes & SonarQube
• Experience with Bash, Ansible, Python & Terraform
• Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX and Cloud platforms
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and DevSecOps
• Strong understanding of systems, networking and software fundamentals
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline and deployment architecture
• Strong Agile/Scrum, problem-solving and communication skills
• DevOps certification will be an added advantage

What we're looking for:

• Engineering degree in IT / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Networking / Systems, or equivalent qualification
• 6+ months of IT/Engineering experience
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and DevSecOps
• Good understanding of systems, networking and software fundamentals
• Interest in scripting and programming
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to system monitoring and performance management
• Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills
• Awareness of Agile and SDLC practices
