Middleware / Platform Engineer

Love breaking (and fixing) infrastructure? Know your way around Kafka brokers and Redis clusters like the back of your hand? We want you.

What you'll own:

• Kafka & Redis environments — from setup to day-to-day ops
• Middleware stack: Nginx, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, Open Liberty
• Containerized workloads on Kubernetes / OpenShift / Docker
• Observability with Prometheus & Grafana
• HA, DR, backup & replication for mission-critical platforms

You bring:

• 3+ years in platform/infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on Kafka (cluster setup, partitioning, broker tuning)
• Hands-on Redis (Standalone, Sentinel, Cluster)
• Solid grip on load balancing, caching, pub/sub & connection pooling
