Project Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects and delivery portfolios simultaneously.
• Ensure achievement of project milestones, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or Service Delivery.
• Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, SLA management, and client engagement.
