We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst/Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, enterprise clients, and leadership to gather requirements, analyze complex datasets, build actionable BI dashboards, and translate business processes into scalable cloud and AI solutions.

Role Overview

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Experience Required: 3-4 Years
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Solution Design :Elicit and document requirements, Process mapping and bridging business & tech teams
• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Data extraction & modeling, Dashboard preparation & reporting and Insight generation
• Stakeholder Management & Project Support: Facilitate workshops & presentations and UAT

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology or in a related field.
• Strong Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, advanced spreadsheet modeling & data manipulation with Python/R
• Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud ecosystems
• Exceptional and written verbal communication skills and strong problem solving aptitude
