About the Role

Kick-start your carreer in the exciting world of Information Technology as a Trainee Customer Support Specialist. You'll work alongside a talented team to provide top-notch support to our clients. You'll learn from experienced professionals and troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensuring our clients SaaS services run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Systems & Networking from a reputable university.
  • Understanding of IT systems and cloud concepts.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc) is beneficial
  • Understanding of no-code platforms leg. Google AppSheet or Microsoft Power Apps).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional onsite and remote technical support to clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems across Google, Microsoft, Zoom and other services.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, client contacts, and vendors.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Google Cloud services such as Google Workspace and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with RMM tools like ManageEngine or NinjaOne.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
