Programme Manager / Head of Projects

On-site | Reports to the COO (dotted line to CFO and CSO)

What You'll Own

• Align project outcomes with company business goals
• Manage multiple project P&Ls, assets and resources
• Spot risks and resolve overlapping challenges across projects
• Be the key link between project teams, vendors, clients and the Executive Team

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or IT; a master's is highly preferred
• PRINCE2 or PMI certification (essential)
• 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in programme management or a senior leadership role
• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the negotiation skills to align different teams
