Project Manager – ELV Projects

Are you an experienced project management professional with a strong background in delivering ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects? We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager – ELV Projects to lead and oversee project execution, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of projects in technology areas of telecommunication infrastructure, unified communication infrastructure, information security, end user computing, enterprise and data center networking, big data analytics and digital transformation, data center and cloud infra structure, smart building (ELV). This includes managing and coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring the successful completion of the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities

  • Develop project plans and schedules for the aforesaid project implementation and monitor progress against established timelines.
  • Ensure project budgets are established, tracked, and maintained in accordance with the project plan.
  • Manage project team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including logistics, finance, engineers, contractors, and building owners to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is properly maintained and organized.

Key Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in managing ELV projects is required. Familiarity with fire alarm, security, audio-visual, and data network systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, budget management, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
