What You'll Do

• Lead the design and architecture of high-quality. scalable, secure solutions for OKLO's platforms using NET and Azure technologies.
• Own technical delivery end to end, from requirements and estimation through deployment and production support.
• Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Define, enforce and improve OKLO's engineering standards, CI/CD practices and quality processes.
• Work with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical plans and sprint goals.
• Find and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks and architectural issues early.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development with .NET and modern web frameworks.
• Proven experience leading features or small teams, mentoring engineers, and making technical design decisions.
• Strong grasp of system design, cloud architecture (preferably Azure), and Devops practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
