Applications Operations Engineer

What You'll Do

• Provide LV/L2 application and technical support
• Investigate issues, analyse logs and identify root causes,
• Manage incidents, SLAS and coordinate: technical escalations
• Monitor Microsoft Azure resources and application environments
• Identify opportunities for process, product and operational improvements

What We're Looking For

• BSc in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in Application Support, Software Operations, Production Support or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good understanding of application logs, APIs, databases and integrations
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure/cloud environments
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
