What You'll Do

• Lead Project Delivery - Manage projects end-to-end ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines and quality standards
• Plan & Track - Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules
• Manage Customers & Stakeholders. Build strong relationships, manage expectations and maintain clear communication
• Coordinate Teams - Work closely with BA, Product, Architecture, Development, QA and Application Operations teams
• Manage Risks & Issues identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges and drive them towards resolution
• Manage Scope & Changes Evaluate change requests and manage their impact on timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Project Reporting & Governance Maintain project status reports, RAID logs, action trackers and dashboards

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years' experience in Project Management, Software Delivery or IT Project Management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities •Experience in Travel Tech,
• Commodity Auction, ERP or enterprise software is an advantage
