Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for someone with experience in LMS administration, training coordination, digital learning content, learning analytics, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS implementation and enhancement activities by coordinating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Create, upload, organize, and maintain learning content within the LMS and other approved learning platforms.
• Develop and maintain course structures, learning paths, and certification programs.
• Support the development of learning roadmaps for departments and job roles.
• Configure and administer training modules, assessments, learning paths, certifications, learner profiles, permissions, and enrollments, while supporting employee self-enrollment and self-directed learning.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and development activities, including venues, facilitators, materials, registrations, attendance, and participant communication.
• Monitor LMS performance, functionality, and user adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in HR or Learning & Development (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, or HR Technology.
• Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning content.
• Experience in training coordination, training needs analysis, and e-learning initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
