✅ Gather and analyze business requirements

✅ Troubleshoot Zoho issues and provide effective solutions

✅ Design and improve business processes within Zoho

✅ Create and manage workflows in Zoho Desk

✅ Support new module rollouts, testing, and issue management

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements

🔹 What We're Looking For

✔ Experience with Zoho applications, especially Zoho Desk

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Workflow automation and process improvement expertise

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience in testing, implementation, and user support
