We’re Hiring: Cloud Operations Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering. or an equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, Cloud Support, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Exposure to AWS services and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of compute, storage, networking. servers, and operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related incidents
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, security patching, access controls, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, SLA, and Knowledge Management
• Cybersecurity-related qualifications or certifications
• Experience in cloud vulnerability remediation
• Experience supporting large enterprise or geographically distributed teams
