Senior Technical Lead – Full Stack & AI

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Technical Lead to drive technical direction across full-stack development and AI-enabled solutions. If you have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js, AWS/GCP, and a passion for integrating AI/LLMs into real products — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance applications using Node.js & Next.js
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS and GCP
• Lead integration of AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into applications
• Work with AI APIs and LLMs to build intelligent application features
• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
• Mentor and guide developers, supporting their technical growth
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience, including a technical leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud environments
• Practical experience implementing AI use cases in software applications
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design & microservices
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Git
• Proven experience mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
