Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Frontend Focused)

Qualifications:

• Degree from a recognized university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in web application development, with a strong focus on front-end engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (3+ years), including TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular CLI.
• Strong hands-on experience with React (2+ years) and Next.js, including Hooks, functional components, App Router, server-side rendering (SSR) / static site generation (SSG), and state management (Redux / Redux Toolkit or Context API).
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive, mobile-first web design principles.
• Experience with UI component libraries and styling frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
• Good understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and front-end performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET 10 (ASP.NET Core Web API) and ORM tools for building and maintaining back-end services.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Experience developing and integrating with microservices-based architectures, including service-to-service communication, API gateways, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of relational database management systems (MS SQL/MYSQL).
• Sound knowledge of web application security, including authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, JWT) and common vulnerabilities such as XSS and CSRF.
• Good understanding of component-based architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git and SVN, and a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices, and the SDLC.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture, .NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC), or cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and engineers to design technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications primarily using Angular and React (Next.js), in line with SDLC best practices.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Build reusable components, shared libraries, and front-end modules to ensure consistency across applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end features using .NET 10 to support front-end requirements.
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and manage application state effectively.
• Ensure application security through proper implementation of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests, and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems and platforms.
• Follow coding standards, design patterns, and quality guidelines, and take ownership of assigned tasks to deliver reliable solutions.
• Adhere to project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed deadlines.
