About the Role

The Associate Project Manager will support the planning and delivery of digital and technology projects across healthcare, data privacy, sports technology, and other industry domains. The role involves coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of digital projects including web and mobile platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as developers, BAs, QA, and architects.
  • Assist in managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
  • Support implementation of compliance-driven solutions (e.g., healthcare, data privacy).
  • Identify and track risks, issues, and scope changes.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports. 

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Experience working on software or digital projects.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
