Associate Project Manager

Job Description

INNOV8 is seeking two energetic individuals (an intern and an associate project manager) to drive the delivery of cybersecurity and digital transformation engagements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and track cybersecurity and digital transformation projects (e.g., Al deployments, SIEM/SOC integrations, and similar large, complex project initiatives).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, architects, clients, and vendors.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, RAID logs, and change requests while proactively escalating risks.
• Ensure compliance with CBSL guidelines, the Sri Lanka PDPA, and PCI DSS.
• Handle client-facing status updates, stakeholder communications, and resource planning.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in identifying scope creep and commercial change opportunities.

• Projects delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Effective coordination between technical, commercial, and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong client satisfaction with delivery engagements.
• Establishing a strong career foundation as a high-net-worth project manager.

Requirements:

• Associate: 6+ months in project coordination and management (preferably IT or financial services).
• Familiar with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum).
• Understanding of cybersecurity and digital transformation fundamentals, along with related terminology.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to PMOs and technical leads.
• Proficient in project tracking tools (MS Project or similar).
