Associate Project Manager

Requirements

  • Manage and deliver software development projects end-to-end.
  • Manage Customer Support & SLAS Oversee.
  • Coordinate teams and manage scope, timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality documentation and project reporting.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1+ years in projects (preferably with a tech background).
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methods.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Business analysis and business development skills. Experience with support/ITSM tools and SLA management.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Joomla is a plus.
  • Ability to manage teams, resources and priorities.
