Associate Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Associate Project Manager with Banking experience and strong hands-on project coordination and execution skills.

• Location: Sri Lanka
• Mode: Onsite – Mandatory

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of Project Management / Project Coordination experience
• Banking domain experience – Preferred
• Hands-on experience in project planning, tracking and delivery
• Strong stakeholder & customer coordination skills
• Experience working with cross-functional / technical teams
• Good understanding of project scope, timelines, risks & dependencies
• Strong communication, documentation & reporting skills
• Experience with Banking technology / transformation projects – Preferred
• PMP / CAPM certification – Added advantage
• Immediate availability preferred
