Associate Technical Lead

We’re Hiring an Associate Technical Lead (ATL)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, with 4+ years of experience developing production-grade enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with backend development using Node.js (Express.js) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, and Next.js, with a good understanding of frontend state management and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, and performance optimization.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services, including experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications using services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and related DevOps services.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control systems.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Quality Engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Scrum Agile delivery methodologies.
