Role Description As a Business Analyst Intern at Durowave, you will support our project teams by helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this fully remote setting, you will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure our digital products meet client and market demands. This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning, practical project exposure, and growth in a supportive, technology-driven environment.

What you will do:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
• Help create clear project documentation, including user stories, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the development and UI/UX design teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Support project planning, tracking, and quality assurance processes, including assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

• Foundational understanding of business analysis, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment and interact professionally with stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity with documentation and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, or Microsoft Office).
• A willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Bonus: Experience or interest in wireframing (e.g., Figma), data analysis, or basic knowledge of software architecture.
• Education: Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program in Business Management, Information Systems, Management of Information Technology (MIT), Computer Science, or a related field is highly beneficial.
