Your Job Role

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for our social media platforms
• Design graphics and visuals for social media, blog posts, and marketing campaigns
• Support blog writing and content marketing for perpova.com
• Help with basic SEO and keyword research
• Edit short-form videos/reels for product promotions and brand content
• Assist in planning and monitoring digital campaigns (Meta/Google Ads)
• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple performance reports
• Support brand visibility initiatives across our product lines

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills in English (Sinhala is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for graphic design
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut , Premiere Pro , or similar) – a plus, not mandatory
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics is a plus
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently
• A portfolio or sample of past design/content work is welcome (not required)
