Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups via WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into sales and manage orders using Odoo ERP.
- Support paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
- Promote card payments, installment options, and Buy Now, Pay Later campaigns.
- Coordinate deliveries with customers and delivery partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills in Sinhala (primary) and English.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and good customer-handling skills.
