Intern - Cyber Security

Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding cybersecurity company, Currently, we are seeking an intern to conduct support and learn in security assessments, test mobile and web applications and perform continuous release based assessments.

Areas of Exposure

• Assist in vulnerability assessments and penetration tastings on critical ICT infrastructure
• Web, Mobile and API security assessments for critical business applications
• Collaborate with IT teams to Inject vulnerability management into essential processes e.g. DevOps lifecycle.
• Manage and track regulatory compliance and reporting for technical issues
• Assist with assessing and proposing resolutions to any detected vulnerabilities to maintain the security posture of the systems.
• Report on critical vulnerabilities and fixes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or pursuing
• Professional qualification/s rcould be added advantage
• Some hands on experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
