Associate Technical Lead – Full Stack

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Architect scalable, cloud-native applications and contribute to technical design decisions.
  • Develop high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
  • Lead technical implementation while ensuring engineering best practices and code quality.
  • Mentor team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • Strong experience with Node.js (Express.js) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, application architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and software quality engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
