Frontend Product Lead

Are you a visionary architect who codes smarter, not just harder? We're looking for a dynamic Frontend Product Lead to spearhead our UI architecture, blending deep technical engineering with sharp product analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Analyze: Bridge the gap between product vision, user needs, and flawless engineering execution.
  • Lead the Stack: Drive frontend excellence, design micro-frontends or scalable component architectures, and make high-level technical decisions.
  • Innovate & Integrate: Build modern, responsive UIs and actively integrate next-gen AI capabilities directly into our user experience.
  • Elevate the Team: Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams.

What You Bring (Required)

  • Experience: 5+ years of frontend engineering, architecture, and product leadership.
  • Core Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and Vue.js.
  • State Management: Mastery of patterns and libraries like NgRx, Pinia, Vuex, or Redux.
  • The AI Edge:Development: Highly effective power user of AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to 10x output.
  • Integration: Solid grasp of AI technologies (LLMs, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, RAG concepts) to build smart product features.
  • Testing & Quality: Strong experience with Unit and E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
  • Performance: Obsession with Core Web Vitals, optimization techniques, and web accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Tooling & DevOps: Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and setting up frontend CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Collaboration: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical tickets and sprint deliverables.
