.NET Backend Product Lead

Are you a visionary backend architect who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and robust system design? We're looking for a dynamic .NET Backend Product Lead to drive our server-side architecture, scale our cloud infrastructure, and turn complex business requirements into high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Analyze: Act as the bridge between product vision and technical execution. Analyze complex user requirements and design scalable, resilient backend architectures from the ground up.
  • Lead the Backend: Drive the technical direction for our APIs and microservices, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Master the Cloud: Architect, deploy, and manage distributed systems utilizing Microsoft Azure's ecosystem.
  • Innovate & Integrate: Champion the integration of next-gen AI capabilities into our backend, while mentoring the team on modern engineering best practices.

What You Bring (Required)

  • Experience: 5+ years of backend engineering, system architecture, and product/technical leadership.
  • Core Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise in C# and modern .NET / .NET Core.
  • Architecture & Design: Proven ability in designing Microservices, RESTful APIs (or gRPC/GraphQL), and applying patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS.
  • Cloud & Hosting: Strong practical experience with Azure Hosting & Infrastructure (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Service Bus).
  • Databases: Mastery of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (Cosmos DB, Redis), including advanced Entity Framework Core optimization.
  • The AI Edge:Development: You are a highly effective power user of AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to 10x your output, automate boilerplate, and refactor efficiently.
  • Integration: Familiarity with integrating AI into backend systems (Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, LLM APIs, RAG architecture) to build intelligent product features.
  • DevOps & Tooling: Solid experience setting up robust CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep), and system monitoring (Application Insights).
