Odoo Technical Project Manager

Join Tecciance and be part of our growing Odoo practice. We're looking for an experienced Odoo Technical Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects and drive real business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects from planning to go-live
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, developers, and QA teams
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks and client expectations
  • Ensure quality delivery, documentation, testing and user training
  • Provide technical guidance and promote Odoo best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in ERP/software implementation or project management
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and its modules
  • Experience managing Odoo implementations is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, APIs and Odoo framework
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
