Celestial BI builds modern software products using cloud technologies, data, automation, and AI.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager who can connect business requirements, product development, engineering teams, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from requirements through production release.
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
• Plan and manage Agile sprints and roadmaps.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, AI, QA, and release activities.
• Work directly with developers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and releases.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Help define and prioritize AI-powered features.
• Use AI tools for planning, documentation, research, analysis, testing, and project management.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software project management, technical PM, or product delivery.
• Experience working directly with software development teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and Jira knowledge.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and software architecture.
• Ability to convert requirements into clear development tasks.
• Experience with AI-powered products or projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
• AI / Technical Knowledge
• Practical understanding of:
• Generative AI & LLMs
• AI APIs and AI agents
• RAG and prompt engineering
• AI automation
• AI-powered applications
• Software APIs and integrations
• Web application development
• You should be able to understand AI product requirements and communicate effectively with engineers.

Nice to Have

• Software development background.
• SaaS product experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects or teams.
• Technical documentation experience.
• Experience with Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
