Technical Project Manager

Digital Turtles is looking for a technically grounded and client-focused Technical Project Manager to join our team.

You’ll work closely with enterprise clients and engineering teams, turning business requirements into clear technical specifications, managing agile delivery, and keeping projects moving from discovery to release.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in agile software project management
  • ⁠Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of APIs, databases, cloud environments, CI/CD, and modern application architecture
  • Experience working closely with software engineers
  • ⁠Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • ⁠Familiarity with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, GitHub Projects, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Experience in software engineering, QA, computer science, software agencies, or venture studios is an added advantage.
